Shipping & Returns Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery Estimates: Standard delivery usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location within India.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

  • Eligibility: Due to the nature of organic products (especially if they are perishable/food items), we generally do not accept returns. However, we offer replacements or refunds under the following specific conditions:

    • The wrong product was delivered.

    • The product arrived damaged or expired.

  • Timeframe: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if there is an issue with your order.

  • Process:

    1. Email us at Support@rootiousorganics.com or WhatsApp +91 92271 13052 with your Order ID and photos of the damaged/wrong item.

    2. Once approved, we will initiate a refund or dispatch a replacement within 3-5 business days.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
